Refund and Returns Policy

Once product keys are delivered digitally and activated, they cannot be resold or reused by another customer. Therefore, returns are not accepted in such cases. It is your responsibility to ensure the software’s compatibility with your computer system before purchase. Refunds and cancellations are processed under specific conditions:

1. **Non-delivery**: If you do not receive the delivery email due to issues with your email provider or mail server, such as emails ending up in spam or junk folders, contact us within 7 days of placing your order. Claims must be submitted in writing to our customer service department. Failure to contact us within this period may result in the product being considered successfully received and downloaded.

2. **License Undelivered**: If you change your mind before receiving the license.

3. **Major defects**: If there are unexpected errors or major defects that we cannot resolve within 48 hours of your initial complaint, you may choose a full refund or a replacement product of similar value.

4. **Product not as described**: Report discrepancies to our technical support team within 30 days of purchase. Provide clear evidence in writing to support your claim.

Complaints solely based on false expectations are not eligible for refunds.
